General Rules

We’re so excited to have your child join us for this creative adventure! To make sure everything runs smoothly, please review the following policies:

1. Parents Stay Onsite – A parent or guardian must remain at the location during class to support their little artist as needed.

2. Be on Time – Classes start promptly, so please arrive on time to ensure your child doesn’t miss any of the fun!

3. Attendance for Completion Certificate – To receive a Certificate of Completion, students need to attend at least 6 out of 8 classes (80%).

4. Registration & Payment – To secure your child’s spot, the total cost including the weekly fee and one-time supply fee must be paid at least one week before the course begins.

5. Missed Classes – Because we purchase supplies in advance, we aren’t able to offer make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions.

6. Refund Policy – Due to the purchase of supplies and securing the location, no refunds will be issued after April 21, 2025. If you register and need to cancel your registration, please email alicia@minimastersfl.com by April 21, 2025, in order to receive a refund of the class registration cost. Supply fees are non-refundable.

7. Photos & Videos – We may take photos of artwork and record parts of our sessions to celebrate and share the creativity happening in class! If you prefer your child not to be photographed, just let us know on the waiver.

Missed Class Policy

Due to the nature of this course, Exploring the Elements of Art, missed classes cannot be made up at this time, and refunds will not be issued after April 21, 2025.

This is because all materials and supplies are purchased in advance for each student to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

If your child misses a session, we encourage you to review the weekly lesson on the website or in your parent guide and try the suggested At-Home Idea to explore the element of art from that week. Additionally, any materials provided for that class may be sent home if applicable.

Sibling Policy

We love families! The room capacity for our Mini Masters class is 30 people, so older and younger siblings are welcome to attend free of charge as long as they are not participating in the class. They must be included on the registration form so that we have an accurate headcount.

Free Play Supplies: We will provide some basic art materials for siblings to engage in free play while the class is in session.

However, the main instruction and structured activities will be reserved for registered students.

Parental Supervision: We kindly ask that parents ensure siblings are supervised and respect the learning environment for our Mini Masters artists.
